In our fast paced, high tech, social media fueled world, the lines between make believe and reality continue to get blurred. Yoga has a way of enabling me to create clarity, to live in the now and just breathe.
I think all of us can benefit from a peaceful mind and sitting in silent meditation. Maybe then, we will stop running around trying to catch our tails, and chasing the mirage.
