Fear of the Unknown

The human spirit, in all it’s splendid glory, can be fragile. We fear the unknown. Life can be funny that way. Things that are supposed to happen to other people, outside our universe, fight and claw to enter our world and disrupt our lives.

The mind plays games with the psyche and that frays the nerves.  We begin to adjust to a new normal and work and strive to ensure that our little world stays protected and safe. Such is the human spirit. And such is the beauty of keeping hope alive.
