Great Tech. Poor Service.

When excellent technology interferes in a company’s ability to provide superior service, ditch it for good.  Executives often get mesmerized with the technology designed to cut costs and streamline processes.

Sometimes, what gets lost is the human touch, and the focus on service. Technology ruling over service is a little bit like letting the tail wag the dog. And that is never as good thing.
