One of my favorite thing as an educator is to observe children interact with each other. Friendships are formed, compliments are given and sometimes unkind words are said too. It is all part of the equation. Our job is to redirect, teach and nurture these beautiful magic moments.
These precious ones learn to collaborate, share, laugh, and work together. Truly this is the blue print of what the future holds for them. Children form special bonds that build beautiful friendships. Parents connect with each other and all of a sudden relationships are formed.
In this world of hate, bias, and discrimination I feel blessed to see beautiful, innocent, friendships being formed under our Montessori school house roof.
Children do not judge based on color, creed, and gender. Their innocence is what makes them such a blessing.
