One With Nature

My Yoga Guru, Lamor, and I did Yoga and meditation in the park. The setting was perfect. A cool, crisp, morning with a slight breeze rustling through the trees. We walked a lap, breathing in our surroundings. I observed a crazy dog running around tirelessly, like his life depended on covering as much expanse as his effortless gallop would permit.

Our Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation) to the Sun was invigorating and energizing. Our quiet meditation, as the sun peeked through the trees, was soulful and satisfying — in more ways than one.

I left feeling satiated and connected — with nature, and with my self. What more could anyone ask for to start off a perfect day? I wonder, how often do we really connect with ourselves, and with each other?

My humble self says keep looking inside. All that is , is there, and will be revealed. Now I feel like. Fortune cookie😋🤓
