The holidays are all about our Montessori merry elves who keep us on our twinkle toes. I am whipped by the end of the day by their exuberant energy levels. They sound like the loud Christmas bells — sometimes they require tuning, I must admit.
Their loud Christmas caroling, their never ending discussions about their Christmas lists and their cheerful and rambunctious energy is beyond description.
I am all snuggled in my bed recuperating and preserving my energy for another busy and bustling day. Children tend to get “naught and not nice” and ten decibels louder before the holidays. Don’t you love their Christmas spirit? The holidays are all about them!
