As an educator, the rewards keep coming. Some learning points from anonymous graduate student papers, verbatim:
(I have learned that) My personal brand is my lifestyle, beliefs, work ethic, personality, and style, all rolled into one… This Course has taught me, above all, that 100% effort 100% of the time is critical for long-term success, even when 75% effort will suffice for the task. Regardless of the importance, every task deserves perfect execution in order to maintain my personal brand of excellence!
The key takeaway (from the class) that I have internalized and integrated into my DNA is the idea that I never want to be a mediocre follower. Instead, I want to be the person leading the change and inspiring others to do the same. May I fondly look back on this course when I am near retirement and remember it as the time in my life when my knowledge grew legs, stood up, and started to run; a time when true learning took place, and my heart was inspired to never look back….
