A 180…

We put too much emphasis on success, wealth and social status. I think we should shift the paradigm, and do a 180 on redefining success. I think we should define success in terms of being happy, being fulfilled, and in making a difference in the lives of others. 

I think there is success in getting dirty in the garden, in doing a small part to save our Earth, and in finding satisfaction in simplicity, and in family. 

No one ever died wishing they had spent an extra day at the office. No one ever died, taking their wealth with them. I know a number of incredibly wealthy people, who with  all their money —  just like the rest of us —shelter in place. And wait for this storm to pass. 

Find joy in the simple things, and find happiness in a totally different direction. Shift your focus. Hug your kids, call Mom or Dad, if you are blessed to have them around. Spread the love. Redefine success, on your own terms.
