The right people, in the right places, at the right time, complementing each other. Everyone stepping up to the plate to pick up the slack. Smart, dedicated educators. People who genuinely care about, and love each other. A perfect work place.
Is all of this a mirage? Or did we just get lucky? Our current reality is perfect, and better than any dream.
Creating the perfect culture is a journey, not a destination. Not sure that any of us ever get there. We are off to a great start, and I hope we stay the course. May I never wake up from this dream of synergy and excellence.
