“A Gentle Soul. A Patient Teacher.”

My buddy captured the essence of the man, Mr. B. S. Bisht.  The world lost a good one with his passing. He taught us Civics and History in middle school.

He was truly a gentle soul, and incredibly patient as a teacher.  He taught us to believe in ourselves and he sparked a keen interest in whatever he taught.

Sir, as we affectionately called him, was one of a kind.  He was clearly one of those that impacted my life, and ranked right up there among my all time favorite educators.

The work lost a kind man, a passionate teacher, and a soft spoken gentle soul. I hope we did him proud. May he Rest In Peace.

Thank you for the heartwarming and kind words that you have penned down and to know what he meant to you. He was a wonderful father to us brother and sisters, and will forever be in our hearts. We miss him dearly.
