Dr. Hemant Rustogi is an award-winning teacher at The University of Tampa, an entrepreneur, and a CEO and founding principal of Advantage Pointe Internationale.
I am a career educator and entrepreneur. Currently, I am the Chairman of the Marketing Department and Dana Professor of Marketing in the Sykes College of Business at The University of Tampa in Tampa, Florida. My passion is being in the classroom and I have been fortunate to teach thousands of students over a 25 year teaching career at the University.
Outside of the University, I am the CEO and founding principal of Advantage Pointe Internationale, a consulting firm that specializes in business strategy, market research, and brand management.
I have been an entrepreneur my entire adult life. I owned and operated a hotel in India before coming to the US and my wife and I own the Brandon, Riverview, and Southshore Montessori Schools — leading early childhood schools in the Tampa Bay area.
A native of India, I have had the privilege of traveling extensively around the world. In my free time, I enjoy playing golf and sipping fine wine. I live in the Tampa Bay area with my wife, two children, and three dogs.
