Academic Integrity

Yes, it’s hell week. Hundreds of pages of cases and projects and term papers piled high. Reading and grading is a slow, laborious process.  Made even more difficult by that odd ball who thinks they are smarter than me. They plagiarize liberally and bastardize the academic process.

When young executives lack integrity, and try and pass off someone else’s work as their own,  they miss the point of getting an education. It’s not about grades or degrees or higher corporate salaries — it’s about learning and self improvement.

However, I can’t let one rotten apple spoil the entire basket — there is a harvest of creativity and genius waiting to be nurtured.  And I believe in the goodness of the human spirit.
