What advice do I give to my son, as he ventures into the next phase of his life? I chose five key pieces of wisdom I would like him to keep in mind:
Keep your integrity. Without that, you have nothing.
Find your passion. Life is a lot easier, and more fun, when you find your calling.
Treat women with dignity and respect. That’s what makes you a gentleman.
There is no substitute for hard work. Sheer intellect can be highly overrated.
Give of yourself, to those less fortunate. Generosity should be practiced.
And one other thing — call your Mom and Dad. Your voice will always be music to our ears.
Stay well. God speed. Your family will always be here for you. Always.
