Airline Chicken

A local hotel served “Airline Chicken” as part of the menu at a fancy dinner. Talk about a branding problem. The image that conjures up in the mind is less than flattering. When was the last time you were excited about airline food? Try never.  

That’s the thing about branding, once an image settles in the psyche, it is almost impossible to shake it off.  Branding lesson for all of us — choose your words wisely.
