#amsterdam

There is something surreal about this magical city, set among the tulips and the canals that serve as its lifeline. It’s a cold day, but cold is relative. They find 44 degrees invigorating. The bikes move with
a dangerous sense of urgency. They stop for no one, or for nothing.

The museums tap into my creative side — especially when they do not have a whole lot to work with. Classic masterpieces by Rembrandt, and Van Gogh, tell artistic stories of an era gone by. There is a seamless energy to this Dutch masterpiece, and a heartbeat that is palpable.

I enjoy walking the streets and taking in the sights and sounds. I feel like I want to get lost in the alley ways of this European jewel. The city is “real”, as are its people. It’s never too late to join the party. Time to let loose and enjoy the vibe.
