Corporate cultures are easy to define, yet elusive to realize. We can articulate our values and even, to some extent, the behaviors that define our mode of conduct. The challenge is to get people to buy into it, and live it, every single day.
The real work lies in getting people to internalize the nuances of this new reality. That has the potential to takes years to accomplish. Sound leadership, and an open mind, goes a long way in shifting the paradigm. A touch of luck and divine intervention can only help in making this mirage into a reality.
