An Organizational Termite

termite

An organizational termite: noun.
An individual that does not create any value for the company, is marginally productive at work, watches the clock to head out the door when no one is looking, and nibbles away at the morale of others.

Their hollow facade can’t disguise these pests that chew away at the intellectual, social and emotional fabric of a company.
Where is the exterminator, when you need one?
