noun
- 1. irritability, listlessness, and similar symptoms resulting from long confinement or isolation indoors during the winter;
This is the winter of our discontent, in early spring! We all have been confined to our homes for way too long. And cabin fever has set In.
It’s been a while since I dressed up and left the house. Lounging in shorts and tee’s is getting old. I need to get out of the house for reasons beyond errands to the grocery store.
So much of our professional lives go beyond what we do — it has a lot to do with who we work with, the comradery and social interactions within our sphere of influence. I am waiting for this cabin fever to end. Time to step out to smell the roses and enjoy the sunshine.
