Learned a new concept today. Love the concept of “carefrontation”. Confront issues, and people, with a deep sense of empathy and softer rhetoric. The crude Hindi translation is to kill the snake, and not break the stick. Probably a more effective way to get the job done, anyway.
In our fast paced, take no prisoners world, an ounce of compassion goes a long way in getting the job done, and not burn any bridges.
I really like the notion. Time to put it into practice. With care……..
