Our emotions and kindness get in the way, as we carry the dead weight of those who fail to produce and get the job done. They always have a reason for a missed assignment. And we let them slide the slippery slope of incompetence.
We do a disservice to those team members who work hard and pick up the slack. Time to move on, and reward those that bring their “A”
game every day. When we fail to make the difficult decisions, we become part of the problem.
