Albert Einstein proclaimed that the biological phenomena of love could not be explained in the tenets of chemistry or physics. I am not sure there is much value in seeking such an explanation, as the true beauty of love is to experience its many splendors.
Celebrate those you love not just today, but every opportunity you get. Celebrate the true beauty of selfless giving and unconditional commitment.
The older we get, the meaning of love also evolves. The reckless, obsessive dimensions of young love that I sorely miss, have now blossomed into the comfort and security of a lifetime spent together — something I really treasure.
