This past weekend, over a hundred of us celebrated at the Montessori staff holiday party. The love, the camaraderie, and the spirit of the holidays permeated the air.
The culture shone through, as our tribe embraced the occasion. The evening was a beautiful reminder that our investment in our people has continued to payoff. We invest in them, and they invest in each other. When it all comes together, it’s like watching magic happen.
