March is International Women’s month, and we must celebrate women the world over. I strongly believe that we must celebrate women every day. Not just not on dates marked in a calendar. Economic opportunity and personal growth should not be the exclusive domain of men. Unfortunately, in most countries, it seems to play out that way.
I have been blessed to be surrounded my smart, independent and brilliant women my entire life. They have helped shaped my thinking as an educator and a business man, but more importantly as a son, a husband and a father.
We need to surround ourselves with people who make us better as we tackle life’s challenges. In my case, most of these people happen to be exceptionally talented ladies. Some of us are just lucky that way.
