This blog has been a labor of love over the past seven years. Many days and nights of thinking, writing, and reflecting. Over the past few months, Judi, Becka, and I have been planning a book for the coffee table, that we hope to publish by the holidays.
The goal is to take the most popular posts, sprinkle them with interviews with inspiring people, and add Becka’s brilliant BLACK and WHITE photography. We are busy sorting through over 1500 posts to pick our favorites, and I am conducting interviews as we speak. My sister, Ranjana, is busy editing and cleaning up my mess.
As most of you know, Judi has been battling cancer for over 5 years, and my sister has been fighting the dreaded C for over a year. One hundred percent of the proceeds of this book will go to a cancer related organization that provides emotional and psychological support for cancer patients and their families.
This book is now a mission. I couldn’t have found a more brilliant group of ladies to coordinate with on this project, that is so close to my heart.
I can’t wait to share the fruits of my labor with all of you. In the mean time, say a prayer for Judi and Ranjana, as they fight the good fight. May the good God watch over them.
