Consensus Vs Conflict

We often spend too much time trying to build consensus. We end up hiring the wrong people, and making the wrong decisions.  We focus on satisfying everyone — just a little bit. When we do that, no one wins.

I personally prefer healthy conflict. Duke it out in the arena of the corporate office, and make the right call. If we want to hold people accountable, we should also give them the responsibility of making the perfect decisions.
