My dearest friend Judi lost her battle to cancer in early 2021. Her loss created a vacuum in my life. I miss our weekly calls, our aimless banter and our million laughs.
Today, her beautiful daughter Ali announced the arrival of Jude Phillip into this world. Judi’s grandson, who would have been the apple of her eye.
Life has come full circle. The tears flowed freely today as I thought of my dear friend and celebrated the new arrival. Such are the rites of passage — one life goes, and another precious one comes to light up our lives.
