It’s that time of year when students get buried in papers, projects, and exams. Over the years — as a student and a professor — I have learned that the line between success and failure is mighty fine.
IQ takes a back seat to effort. Those that dig a tad deeper are more likely to succeed. The winners log the extra hours, put forth the extra effort and keep pushing in the face of adversity.
Excellence is not an accident, and luck has little to do with success. We can all dig a little deeper, even when we are not working for a grade.
