A young lady threw her boss under the bus, as part of an exit interview, as she moved between careers. While some of it may have been justified, it is never a good idea to burn bridges. Not because people’s paths may cross in the future, but because it is important to move on with dignity, head held high with an aura of positive energy.
Besides, we really do live in a small world, and what goes around comes around. It’s tough to get to the other side, when you don’t have a bridge to cross the tumultuous seas.
