In business, we are only as good as the people who buy into the vision, and then make the dream work. We can’t go at it alone — certainly not effectively. It really does takes a tribe to pull it all together.
Get the right people, invest in their success, and figure out a way to keep them. In the long run, good strategy is about good people. Without them, we have nothing. And then, no strategy in the world will be able to salvage the inevitable.
