Becka reminded me that those that never fail, on occasion, are probably not trying hard enough. Complacency in the workplace does not fool anyone. And then there are those that brush their mistakes under the rug, or point fingers at people who can’t retaliate.
Step out of your comfort zone. Take chances. Fail. Fall. Get up, brush off the dirt and get back to work.
Success is not for the meek, or the paycheck worker.
