Rohini and I consider ourselves to be truly blessed, because we love what we do. As educators, we have found our calling, which we pursue with a focused passion and an all out energy that empty’s the tank every day.
I know a number of people — some close friends — who look at their work as a means to an end. That’s unfortunate, and a shame. Sometimes good people get trapped by the status quo. The mind set? It’s a paycheck, and it pays the bills. I guess it is tough to screw up, if you don’t take a chance.
“If you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life.” The adage is true.
The implications immense. Find your passion and follow your dreams.
You have but one life to live.
