Freedom Rocks

freedom-rocks

We tend to take our freedom for granted, because we don’t know differently. The ability to think, speak and act freely, is something we must all treasure. I met a lady who was forced by the Russians to work as a librarian for 20 years, because THEY decided that was worth her while. Hundreds of little girls are exploited and punished in foreign lands because they want to go to school. Can you imagine their reality?

On the eve of the celebration of American Independence, take a moment to revel in the freedom this wonderful country affords us. Observe a moment of silence for those who made the ultimate sacrifice by giving their lives, so that we could lives ours the way we choose. Say a quiet prayer for our military men and women, that are far away from their families in distance lands, so we can feel safe at home. To them, and their families, we owe a debt of gratitude.

I love this beautiful country and the life it has allowed me to live. I love America and her many blessings that she has bestowed on my family and me.

Let the PARTY begin!!!!!!!!!!!!!
