What should you do when one bad apple in the organization undermines the entire leadership and collegial culture of our business school in front of external evaluators? You throw them off the bus — lock, stock and barrel!
Some of us ‘old-timers’ are fiercely protective of our professional family environment and the values we share. Occasionally new people tend to be the demoralizing influence that stems from disgruntled behavior. If you don’t like us, please leave and take your bad attitude with you.
Negative energy should be eliminated at the first opportunity to preserve the mutually supportive ethos that takes years to build in any company. And we get to stay, because we got here first!
