Frontier Fiasco

The image above does not lie. This is a record of one of three phone calls I made today to Frontier Communications — each call lasting more than an hour, most of the time on hold. No resolution to my problem.

It’s been 26 days, and counting, without telephone service at my school. The best Frontier Communications can do is apologize, give me no indication when the service will be up, and make false promises of call backs, that never happen. They lie consistently about everything and put customer calls on endless hold, till frustration takes over, and we disconnect.

As a business professional, I can’t wrap my head around this incompetence and blatant web of lies and deception. I am at my wits end. There should be laws in America, against this level of failure.
I wonder when this nightmare will end.
