As we get older, remember the following:
Don’t sweat the small stuff.
Give hugs like they are going out of style.
Spend time thinking, and reflecting.
Do random acts of kindness.
Cherish the moments with family.
Get moving. Exercise with purpose.
Take time to smell the roses.
Love on the dogs — or get one.
Love on those that really matter.
Make a difference in the life of someone less fortunate.
Practice gratitude and count your blessings.
