Give generously this holiday season. Give less to organizations that tug at the heart strings and where most of your money goes into the coffers of overpaid CEOs’. In some cases less than a dime for every dollar goes to those who need it.
Give generously to those that need the money and those who work for it. Give to the poor and the less fortunate. Give to wait staff, hospitality helpers and those that simplify our lives.
Warren Buffet, one of the worlds greatest philanthropists said it beautifully, “ If you’re in the luckiest one percent of humanity, you owe it to the rest of humanity to think about the other 99 percent.”
