Unfortunately, we tend to run into more takers, and takers posing as givers. It’s the easy way out — the path of least resistance.
We must all learn to give, and be less focused on ourselves. Easy advice, but when the pressure builds, self preservation takes precedence.
I love the notion that rather than focus on keeping the right people on the bus, it’s more critical that organizations get the wrong people OFF the bus. Now.
Time to go to work. Who ever said business, or life, was easy?
