We can learn more from our bad bosses, than the good ones. Our bad bosses teach us what not to do, and counter intuitively, how to treat people well.
The good ones inspire us to do our best work. The bad ones help us find our calling. The good ones do a ton of work. The bad ones, make us do all the work, so we learn to get better.
I have never really cared for my bad “bosses”, but I am certainly a better professional because of them. And I have much thicker skin. And that is a good thing.
