Good Service. Bad Service.

As we took in the sights and sounds of New York, we experienced both ends of the service spectrum. The key difference was attitude – not skills, nor experience , nor time in the trade.

The difference is between wanting to serve, and not wanting to be there. A great attitude can move mountains and completely enhance the customer experience. In our business, we hire for attitude, as much as we hire for skill. Great skills may help you get a job. A great attitude, helps you keep it, and prosper. If you have both, it’s an incredible combination.
