Homeward Bound

Rohini is heading home to her roots of simplicity, and the foundation of her very being. Waiting for her in India is an aging Mom and a life time of memories in the beautiful mountains of Kangra.  To a large extent, her childhood home defines who she is today.

There is something about going back to our roots that is humbling, authentic and heartwarming.  We see flashes of our childhood and the innocence of the early years.  Our values are molded by those very surroundings.

We tend to get caught up in the fast pace of work and the rigors of everyday life.  I think we should slow down, recharge, and reconnect.  When we go back to our roots, we get grounded. And we need to do that every chance we get.
