I Miss Those Days

Spending time with three children ranging from 3 to 12 years of age brought back memories of my children when they were babies. We played silly card games, and “pig out”, ran around on the playground, and tossed around a nerf football.

My kids are all grown up. I miss those days of tantrums and laughter; of perpetual chaos and unlimited hugs. I miss my toddlers and young people who provide a unique perspective on our world.

The chaos is welcome, and I am certain the quiet and silence that will follow will be equally rewarding. Those days gone by are a gentle reminder that Father Time has caught up with me.
