It Takes a Village

For our community, hurricane Ian is in the rear view mirror. The remnants of pile high debris tell a story of what was, and what could have been.

It was heartwarming to see the neighbors rally to help each other. Raking up the  foliage, sharing meals, helping with gas, and sharing a cold brew.

I like my small piece of this world and the people who inhabit it.  It does take a village of support to live the good life.  These good people make it all worthwhile.
