Why do we chase after bad ideas and poor business choices, when failure is imminent? Is it our ego, or our need to save face? Why throw good money after bad money?
I think it is better to take ownership of our mistakes, learn to lose fast, and then get moving in the right direction. The smart ones learn from their transgressions and poor judgement. Those in positions of authority have to toe the line and take ownership of their errors. How else will they ever be effective leaders?
