There is genuine joy in watching our children succeed and blossom. The heart of a parent overflows with love, gratitude, and unabashed exhilaration with every accomplishment of our children.
As Jasmine finished her MBA, I basked in her success and accomplishment. I reminisced about her life journey — her birth, her tiny toes and fingers, her first step, first day of school, our many disagreements over the years, our unconditional bond of love and on and on and on. A myriad of memories consumed me all weekend long, as she reached this special milestone.
I wish I could bottle this sense of fulfillment, so that I can treasure and constantly relive this as one of life’s precious, priceless, moments.
