Loss Changes Everything

Three families reeling with the loss of their loved ones. A young man killed in a motorcycle accident. An older man succumbing to cancer. A lady in her early 50’s never recovered from a routine surgical procedure.

Families mourning the loss of their loved one’s. It’s the finality of death that is like a punch in the gut. There is no going back. No do overs. No dress rehearsals.

I lost among the three closest people in the world to me in a three year period. Dad, Mom and Alan. Everything changed. It always does. The only thing that remains is their memory in my heart.

Call your loved ones and tell them you love them. Don’t sweat the small stuff. The funny thing with time, is that none of us ever knows when it will run out.
