There was a certain vibrancy and energy in the room as we kicked off year 18. The teachers were back, after a relaxed summer, ready for the onslaught of children that will walk through our doors over the next few days.
As my eyes roamed the room, I was struck by the quality of talent we have in our organization. At the end of the day, my people are my business. The strategy is simple — hire the right people, invest in their growth, and believe in a common vision.
The new faces meshed with the season veterans, as our team came together for a special day. All the technology and innovation in the world leaves somethings unchanged— you are only as good as the people who surround you.
