Napa

We spent the latter part of last week frequenting the vineries of Napa. While I am no connoisseur,  I certainly have a weakness for fine wine.

The setting was perfect, the wine divine.  The vineyards flowed endlessly down across the valley and up the hillside.  The landscape was as perfect as it comes.  Some of the sommeliers were skilled at their craft, most were marginal — pretty much like life.

I want to spend more time in Napa, with the people I love. The beauty of the countryside, the togetherness of the family, and the quality of the vintage made for special memories.  I will be back.  Very Soon.
