Nickel and Dime

fine-print

Customers despise hidden costs. Build loyalty through transparency and by setting and managing expectations. Bait and switch is the oldest trick in business, and it gives marketing a bad name.

You may ‘hit up’ a customer for a few extra dollars through the ‘up-sell’ and through deceptive pricing strategies. However, the customers take note and feel betrayed.

Try to come clean with the people who buy your products and services.
One price. Period.  No fees. No deceptive practices. No small print.

Integrity in pricing is critical to earning trust. And trust is critical to building loyalty.
