Online Shopping Gone Wrong

Ever done business with a company, where its like an out of body experience? Meet Masorini.com, an online clothing company that has failure written all over it.

I ordered a jacket 3 weeks ago, and then hell froze over. No service, no product, no communication. No window for order fulfillment. No way to get a refund— so far. Form emails in response to every query. Lost in LaLa land. Is this real??

That’s the problem with a company like Amazon. They spoil us for the rest of the world, and make everyone else look bad. You know you have “something” going for you, when you make everyone around you look incompetent. Not a bad strategy.

If you can’t be in a league of excellence, maybe you shouldn’t play the game. Excellence and incompetence are opposite sides of the service coin. Just wish that business, and life, was not a toss up between one or the other.
