As part of a professional assessment, i learned early in my career that organization was not my strong suit. I work at it, plan for it, and mess up anyway. It has always been my Achilles heal.
I get by because I play the role of the absent minded professor to perfection. I also have an innate talent to surround myself with brilliant people who have all the skills I lack. Their job? Make me look good.
